QWER and Kstyle PARTY come together again in Tokyo, this time with a full stage setup and warm fan attention. The group has grown fast over the past year, winning awards and building a solid fanbase through hit songs. Siyeon’s return to Japan adds emotion to the event, making it even more special for both the group and fans.
QWER and Kstyle PARTY Reunion on Tokyo Stage
QWER, consisting of Chodan, Magenta, Hina, and Siyeon, will perform at Kstyle PARTY on March 30 at Ariake Arena in Tokyo. This major festival is organized by Kstyle, a leading Japanese media outlet focusing on Korean pop culture. QWER earned a spot in the lineup for the second year in a row. With bright and cheerful band sounds, the group plans to win over the Japanese audience.
QWER and Kstyle PARTY Mark a Step Forward
Although QWER appeared at Kstyle PARTY in 2024, that performance was limited to the opening stage. The group did not have a greeting video, and there was no proper lighting. As the only band in the lineup, they faced poor sound preparation. Their performance felt more like background music during audience seating than a featured concert. Many fans felt disappointed by the lack of stage support and promotion.
QWER and Kstyle PARTY Celebrate Growth Together
One year later, QWER returns to Kstyle PARTY with a full production setup. This time, they will have a proper greeting video and a professionally prepared stage. The improvement reflects QWER’s rapid growth. In the past year, the group won nine awards at Korean music ceremonies and earned recognition for both talent and popularity. Now, QWER performs as a key act that no one can overlook.
From Hit Songs to Music Awards
QWER has steadily built a solid fanbase through catchy songs like “Discord,” “T.B.H,” and “My Name is Malguem.” “T.B.H” topped YouTube Korea’s chart as the most popular song of 2024, showing strong public appeal. This success helped QWER sweep nine awards at major Korean music shows. As a result, the group secured a firm place as a top girl band in today’s music scene.
Siyeon Returns to Japan with a New Chapter
Siyeon once performed in Japan as a member of NMB48 between August 2021 and August 2023, but she did not find much success during that time. Now, after rising to fame in Korea with QWER, she is returning to Japan on a much stronger footing. Fans feel emotional watching her stand on a Tokyo stage again, this time with confidence and recognition. Siyeon’s journey adds a special meaning to the group’s appearance.
Global Growth Continues with Tokyo Fan Concert
QWER will hold a solo fan concert titled 1, 2, QWER! in TOKYO on April 6 at Zepp Shinjuku in Tokyo. This marks the group’s first official fan concert in Japan and shows their expansion as a global act. Their recent progress proves that QWER is no longer a rising name but a solid force in the music industry. Fans admire how far the group has come and continue to support their next steps forward.

I am happy that QWER is now receiving proper treatment at the Kstyle PARTY. However, as a Japanese person, I feel sorry that they were treated poorly last year. I hope QWER does not have any bad feelings towards Japan.
